Fire, by Hideko Mizuno

Hideko Mizuno is a shoujo manga artist, mainly active in the 1960s and 1970s. She worked as an assistant of Osamu Tezuka. She debuted in 1956 with 'Akakke Pony'. One of her first popular serials was 'White Troika', published in Margaret from 1963. One of her best known series is 'Fire!' that ran from 1969 to 1971. Her 1966 manga 'Honey Honey no Suteki na Bouken' was made into an internationally popular anime television series.
