François Avril exhibition

The work of the famous French artist François Avril has its roots in the classical European comics tradition, but has evolved from illustrative print to artful watercolors and paintings. Balancing between figurative and abstract art, the work of this Parisian artist presents street scenes and women figures which seem to be frozen in time. His playful compositions evoke a feeling of joyful delight.
