El Libro de la Selva (Flechas y Pelayos #506, Sept. 1948)

Luis Vigil was a Spanish artist who drew for Maravillas in the 1940s. There, he produced among others 'El Rey San Fernando'. He also produced serials for Flechas y Pelayos. They included Rudiard Kipling's 'El Libro de la Selva', adapted by the subsequently prestigious female poet Gloria Fuertes in the late 1940s. From 1949, he was also present in Clarin magazine. The following decades he worked on advertising and illustration.
