Chris Tobey is an American comic artist. She was born in New Jersey in the 1960s. Her mostly autobiographical comics have appeared in Sarah Dyer's 'Action Girl Comics' and several other comic magazines. She also worked on 'Duck Butter' comics with Mark McMurray and Brian Bilter and has done greeting cards under an alias for several small companies. |
