Chester Sullivan

Chester Sullivan was an artist with the John F. Dille Co. He was the original artist for 'Men Who Made the World', a series of comic strips about famous individuals, like Louis XIV, Napoleon, Julius Caesar, etc. The series ran from 1925 and 1947 and was written by Granville E. Dickey.
