The Swedish artist Christos Sourlos was the creator of 'Koko Invandrare' for Metallarbetaren from 1970 to 1993. He has also made the guest series 'Sokrates' in Dagens Nyheter and 'Hans och Rosa' in Fabriksarbetaren. Sourlos has made illustrations for Folkbladet, Aftonbladet, Expressen, Vi, Se, Lektyr, and several books.
