Victor Schramm was an early German comics artist from Munich. He contributed to Lothar Meggendorfer's Meggendorfer Blätter during the 1890s. Like several of his contemporaries, he began drawing cartoons for the Chicago Tribune Sunday comic section during 1906 and 1907. Most of his comic pages for this American newspaper feature the characters 'Karl and Fritz'. |
