Davide Saraceno is a young Italian illustrator. He's a self-taught artist, who studied Computer Engineering in Turin, Italy, but never studied at art schools. In the past, he did not publish his works because he always considered drawings and graphics only a personal passion. Now, his website features a selection of his sketches and pictures and, most importantly, his comic, 'Dreamin' Baby', that won second prize at the Pictor Academy's 'The City of 2000' Comics Contest (October, 2000). He also likes to experiment with web-design, Flash animations and computer graphics. He is a vegetarian who uses a pleasurable, watercolor graphic style to create comics for kids.
