Arn Saba created and drew 'Neil the Horse' comics, a series which started in 1981 and ran for fifteen issues. The comic featured Neil the Horse, Poupee the Doll and Soapy the cigar-smoking cat in a world full of adventure, song and music. Each issue of the whimsical series incorporated songs and included lyrics and music score.

The series existed until 1991. There is also a finished, unpublished 64-page 'Neil the Horse' graphic novel. In the early 1990s, Arn Saba made the transition from being a man to being a woman, and changed her name to Katherine Collins. She created a book about the spiritual and personal intricacies of her experience, and lives in San Francisco. She was widowed from a lesbian marriage in 1999. In 2003, she was busted by the police for the possession of drugs. Despite all difficulties, she says, "Yes, everything is much better when you're a woman."
