Jos Ruting was the illustrator of the comic 'De Avonturen van Daantje Kaan', that appeared in De Stuwdam in 1940. He made the stop-comic 'Pardoes' in Kris Kras from 1954 to 1961. He illustrated A.D. Hildebrand's 'Het Eenzame Bos' in 1944. Ruting was also a writer and illustrator of children's books, publishing several books between 1958 and 1976. |
