Daniele Parrella

Daniele Parrella is a comic artist from the Italian part of Switzerland. He published his first short stories in Matite Matte, a fanzine from his hometown Imola. He began working in the comics field professionally after meeting the scenarists Philippe Saimbert and Jean-Stephen Kneip. With Kneip, he launched the series 'Violante' at Pointe Noire, but the project was cut short when the publishing house folded shortly afterwards. He then focused on a humorous strip with Saimbert, called 'Hilaire et Prosper'.
