Fred Neher was an American comic strip artist and cartoonist. In the early 1920s he assisted Arch Dale on 'Doo-Dads' and he created his own feature 'Otto Watt'. Neher is best known for 'Life's Like That', a cartoon feature he drew for Bell Syndicate from 1935 to 1941 and from 1945 to 1977. It was published in 500 newspapers at its peak He also created a strip called 'Goofey Movies'. |
