Maikel

Miguel Angel Garcia Laparra, better known as Maikel, is best known for his 'Seguridasosiá' comic that appears in El Jueves. He was a bank employee before he turned to the comics profession. He drew his first comics for Papus, before he became an artist for juvenile magazines like Súper López, Mortadelo and Super Zipi y Zape. Maikel's work was also featured in Sport magazine and he was the editor of Puta Mili magazine from 1992 to 1997.
