Frank Laliberté

Frank Laliberté was an artist with the Quebec magazine Radiomonde et Télémonde in the 1950s. He drew a comic about 'Tizoune', which was based on a local vaudeville artist whose real name was Olivier Guimond. Perhaps there is a relation between Frank Laliberté and Jacqueline Laliberté, who drew for the same magazine.
