Kwak Sang-won

Kwak Sang-won is member of the newest generation of Korean comics artists, associated with the independant group COMIX. He made his debut in 1999 with 'We're Gonna Take the Rainbow'. His comics are characterized raw jokes, but also by the sensitivity and humanity of the characters, combined with a traditional romanticism. In 2001, he started the series 'Romanticism exists, nevertheless'.
