Bill Hinds was born in Texas in 1950. He studied fine arts at the Austin State University. He created the newspaper comic strip 'Tank McNamara' together with writer Jeff Millar, and also made the comic 'Buzz Beamer' for childen's magazine Sports Illustrated for Kids. He also created the comic 'Cleats'. |
