Karine Haaland

Karine Haaland is a Norwegian comics artist and animator. She created her first strips in Universitas and from 1996 to 1999, she created strips and longer stories for Larsons Gale Verden. Around the same time, she produced political strips for Bergens Tidende. She is the author of several comics full of social satire, collected in albums like 'Våre Venner Menneskene' (1999). She has published in Det Nye, Dagsavissen, Blikk, and on several websites.
