Davy Francis was born in 1958, After appearing in many Irish comics and magazines, Davy Francis got his big break in 'Monster Fun' comic, and went on to work for IPC's 'Oink'. From there, he produced art and scripts for many humorous magazines, including 'The 3-D Zone' for Ray Zone, 'The Big Book of Urban Legends' from Paradox Press, 'Knockabout Comics', 'The Seven Deadly Sins' (Davy did the script, Jeremy Banx did the brilliant art) 'Brain Damage', 'Ut', and 'Electric Soup'. He is currently producing work in the advertising field, but still draws the odd strip, and is working to get a children's story published. Davy lives in Belfast with his wife and daughter.
