After his studies, Gilles Corre became a film critic. In 1987, he began his comics career in the adult monthly Censuré. A year later, he joined the magazine Pif Gadget, where he stayed until 1991. He illustrated among others stories with 'Hercule'. Under the name Erroc, he became a versatile writer of humorous comics at Bamboo publishers, such as 'Les Profs' (art Pica), 'Rod Wed et Co' (with Jenfêvre, art Janvier), and 'SOS Shobizz' (with Stédo). He illustrated the gag series 'Raoul et Fernand' himself. At Dargaud, he wrote 'CRS=Détresse' for Achdé. Since the early 1990s, he is also an artist and writer of Disney stories for Le Journal de Mickey.
