Earl Duvall was an artist for Disney's animation and comics departments in the 1930s. He worked as a layout artist and storyman at the animation studios from 1930 to 1933. He assisted Floyd Gottfredson on the 'Mickey Mouse' newspaper strip between 1930 and 1932. He was mainly the inker, but he also did pencils occasionally. He wrote and drew a couple of 'Silly Symphonies' strips in 1932-33 (art in cooperation with Al Taliaferro). Duvall was also director on a couple of Warner Bros shorts in 1933-34.
