Waling Dijkstra

Waling Dijkstra is a legendary Dutch text writer who has written numerous comic strips, among others for the famous Toonder Studio's. He wrote the text to the classic comic 'Eric de Noorman', drawn by Hans G. Kresse, and also 'Aram van de Eilanden' by Piet Wijn. Both these newspaper comics also appeared in Tom Poes Weekblad, the magazine of the Toonder Studio's. Waling Dijkstra also worked together with Jan Kruis during the 1960s, and contributed scripts to the comic series 'Marion'.
