Robert "Bob" Davis was an American comic book artist who was best known for his creation 'Dick Cole', which he did after joining Funnies Inc., a comic-book packaging shop. While with Funnies, Bob Davis wrote and drew various other features, including 'The Chameleon', 'Red Reed in the Americas' and 'The Blazing Skull'. Davis died in a car crash in 1942. |
