Antoinette Collin debuted at the magazine Spirou in 1972 with a 'Belle Histoire de l'Oncle Paul'. One year later, she stared a collaboration with Jean-Marie Brouyère. Together, they started the series 'Les Naufragés de l'Escalator', a modern version of 'Alice in Wonderland', situated in the world of consumption, where escalators lead the main characters to strange places. In 1975, Collin began the gag series about the small chicken 'Christobald', based on scenarios by Raoul Cauvin. |
