Montse Clavé

Montse Clavé is the younger sister of Florenci Clavé, and also a comics artist. In the 1970s, she co-created the alternative review Troya. In later years, she has written a series of gastronomical books, including 'Cocinas de allí, aquí', 'Un viaje por las cocinas del Ebro', and 'Cocina de otoño'.
