Hugo Casaglia

Hugo Casaglia is a comic artist from Buenos Aires, Argentina. For many years, he was a collaborator of the children's magazine Anteojito, edited by Manuel Garcia Ferré. He illustrated strories with such characters as 'Anteojito', 'Calculín', 'Petete', and 'Timoteo'. 'Timoteo', a gag comic about a bird, was also published in French in Hello Bédé and in albums by Lombard in the early 1990s.
