'Bringing Up Father' (final issue of Montreal Star, 25 September 1979).

Hamlet Campagna, who signed with Hal Camp, was part of the King Features staff in the 1940s and 1950s. He took over the daily 'Bringing Up Father' strip after the death of Vernon Greene in 1965. He worked on the strip with writer Bill Kavanagh until 1980, when Frank Johnson took over art duties. Camp has also done comic book art for Western Publishing. Hal Campagna, a lifelong resident of River Edge, passed away at the age of 101 in August 2014.
