Lou Cameron was a versatile artist on the American 'Classics Illustrated' series that ran from 1941 to 1962. Many comic adaptations of famous literary works have appeared in this legendary series. Cameron contributed among others adaptations of Herbert George Wells, Ann S. Stephans, Alexandre Dumas, Emile Zola and Robert Louis Stevenson. |
