Wally Bishop was the author of the long running newspaper strip 'Muggs and Skeeter'. The strip debuted in 1927 under the title 'Muggs McGinnis', but was retitled to 'Muggs and Skeeter' in 1936. Bishop drew the strip until 1974. |
