Culmer Barnes was an American cartoonist and illustrator that lived in Ossining, New York. He drew for the children's magazine, St. Nicholas Magazine, in the early 20th century. Barnes also produced sequential art, as in these panels from the story 'First Exhibition of Moving Pictures in Kittentown'. |
