Santiago Arcas (born Cartagena, 1974) and Daniel Acuña (born Aguilas, 1974) are two young talents from Murcia who have made an impact in the Brut Comix Collection with their comic 'Claus y Simón en Hollywood' and 'Claus y Simón: Feria de Monstruos'. Arcas and Acuña met in Valencia as Fine Art students, and began a partnership that came to fruition in the fanzine El Tío Saín. Their way of working was rather unusual: Arcas scripted and roughed out the pages, and Acuña did the final draft in his own inimitable style. This team is already making their mark with work, which is a clever mix of tenderness and humor.
